Final pilot for HV Operations module completed 6-8 May at RelyOn UK. Very positive feedback with only minor amendments proposed to the draft standard.
First pilot completed successfully, with small changes.
The public hearing for the High Voltage Standard had 117 downloads and feedback broadly positive.
This project aims to develop and implement a high voltage standard in the wind industry to address skilled labour shortages, enhance safety and streamline upskilling.
Thomas joined GWO in 2023, with 20 years’ experience in development and delivery of Safety, Emergency Response & Technical training across Europe, the Middle East, Asia & Africa. He has managed a number of Training Providers in different regions approved under GWO and within the wider offshore training sector. Thomas spent several years in the role of Approvals Auditor for Training Providers in the offshore industry globally, ensuring safety and quality of systems, resources, staff & delivery.
