Project progress is determined by many factors. This timeline is updated to reflect approvals and gates in the relevant project plan.
Head of TQA to reach out for a legal liability review of the auditing possibilities to help decide how we move forward with the design report and the audit options to go to the Training Committee.
Head of TQA to complete impact analysis on auditing, cost, quality control of creating a refresher that cannot be delivered with initial training.
Design report returned with comments and internal workshop scheduled beginning of August to align dependencies. Design Report to TC moved to 11 September.
Existing standard review with a focus on improving usability and alignment with changes to GWO Requirements documents. Consideration of how scenario-based training can enhance relevance and effectiveness of this standard.
Thomas manages GWO training standard review and development. Thomas had a long career in the Danish Navy, Training and Education branch, before joining GWO in August 2020. His key focus areas are pedagogical and didactic development.
