Project progress is determined by many factors. This timeline is updated to reflect approvals and gates in the relevant project plan.
Design report returned with comments and internal workshop scheduled beginning of August to align dependencies. Design Report to TC moved to 11th September.
Project Managers preparing for Design gate, with the report to include a description of the new design (alternative change matrix).
Gate 3 planned for July, before sending to the Training Committee for approval in August. Stakeholder review to be sent out on 4th June. Stakeholder review being completed, including gap analysis.
Existing standard review with a focus on improving usability and alignment with changes to GWO Requirements documents. Consideration of how scenario-based training can enhance relevance and effectiveness of this standard.
