November 4, 2025
Still under review. Head of TQA to send detailed feedback. Need to determine if it will be resubmitted for review and approval for January or February TC meeting.
October 19, 2025
Final approval once notes have been adjusted. Small changes and confirmation on governance on auditor comment needed.
September 22, 2025
Gate approval November.
Project scope
Routine review of standard with a focus on gaps and opportunities for improvement, potentially including updates to curriculum and recommendations for global scalability and relevance. Development of a potential refresher standard.
Thomas manages GWO training standard review and development. Thomas had a long career in the Danish Navy, Training and Education branch, before joining GWO in August 2020. His key focus areas are pedagogical and didactic development.
