November 4, 2025
Worked on at the moment due to updates - pilot for BTTI end of 2025. Siemens will pilot in Florida.
September 22, 2025
Design report approved by the TC. Timeline will be amended. Two modules will move forward - splitting into job roles. TQA to be involved when it comes to auditing.
September 17, 2025
Online TC meeting Gate 3 approved for Option 3 to split BTTI.
Project scope
The review project focuses on improving the efficiency and uptake of the BTT-Installation module. The project also reviews training duration, content structure, requirements and equipment guidance to better prepare technicians for real-world installation tasks.
Peter joined GWO in February 2024 as a Training Project Manager. Coming from the IT-industry, he has extensive experience with strategic learning development, exam compliance tracking and quality management.
