Timeline changing to a 4-day workshop end of June - ENSA and Taiwan will now also join.

Currently on track, in the design phase. Project was kicked off in March 2025, and is currently engaging stakeholders and developing the design based on lessons learned and input received.
Project scope
Routine review of standard with a focus on gaps and opportunities for improvement, potentially including updates to curriculum and recommendations for global scalability and relevance. Development of a potential refresher standard.
Thomas manages GWO training standard review and development. Thomas had a long career in the Danish Navy, Training and Education branch, before joining GWO in August 2020. His key focus areas are pedagogical and didactic development.
