Project progress is determined by many factors. This timeline is updated to reflect approvals and gates in the relevant project plan.
On track, first workshop next week.
Currently on track, in the early design phase. Project kickoff is expected for late April 2025. Early design planning and stakeholder surveys are currently underway.
The review project focuses on improving the efficiency and uptake of the BTT-Installation module. The project also reviews training duration, content structure, requirements and equipment guidance to better prepare technicians for real-world installation tasks.
Peter joined GWO in February 2024 as a Training Project Manager. Coming from the IT-industry, he has extensive experience with strategic learning development, exam compliance tracking and quality management.
