Working group meetings week beginning 21 April, with a focus on wind industry scenario-based training. Project on track, ready for 4-day workshop 5-8 May.
April 16, 2025
Change request approved and uploaded, following submission of documents at Gate 2 meeting.
Project scope
Existing standard review with a focus on improving usability and alignment with changes to GWO Requirements documents. Consideration of how scenario-based training can enhance relevance and effectiveness of this standard.
Thomas manages GWO training standard review and development. Thomas had a long career in the Danish Navy, Training and Education branch, before joining GWO in August 2020. His key focus areas are pedagogical and didactic development.
