Project progress is determined by many factors. This timeline is updated to reflect approvals and gates in the relevant project plan.
Project Managers preparing for Design gate, with the report to include a description of the new design (alternative change matrix).
Gate 3 planned for July, before sending to the Training Committee for approval in August. Stakeholder review to be sent out on 4 June. Stakeholder review being completed, including gap analysis.
BST-R Workshop conducted and training scenarios developed and some also tested during the workshop. Project on track and the work group continues to align the structure between modules. Pilots will be expected in August and September.
Existing standard review with a focus on improving usability and alignment with changes to GWO Requirements documents. Consideration of how scenario-based training can enhance relevance and effectiveness of this standard.
Thomas manages GWO training standard review and development. Thomas had a long career in the Danish Navy, Training and Education branch, before joining GWO in August 2020. His key focus areas are pedagogical and didactic development.
