GWO updates ten training standards to improve safety, focusing on preventing injuries and equipment damage caused by dropped objects and improper tool use.

Project scope

Produce awareness training for hand tools to meet the needs of members and the market, reduce risk, improve quality and align with the ELF framework. The addition of a "Hand Tool Awareness & Dropped Object Prevention" training standard to the GWO BTT portfolio, alongside implementation into all other relevant standards, addresses a critical need in the wind energy sector.
