With less than a week to go until Early Bird pricing ends on 30 June, read on to get a foretaste of the assessments session in this year’s programme.

At this year’s GWO Safety & Training Forum, we will explore that question with an update on our work to introduce module-specific participant assessments - an initiative that began at last year's Forum in Madrid.
Training Providers have consistently asked for greater clarity around what constitutes acceptable performance, how assessments should be documented, and what assessment outcomes should look like in practice.
With this feedback in mind, we are moving from a compliance-based model focused on training delivery, to a performance-based model, focused on ensuring GWO training is achieving the intended training outcomes through module-specific participant assessments.
This session will be more than just a presentation. Through structured discussions, attendees will get the chance to read and discuss a draft assessment, compare current practices, identify potential challenges and opportunities, and provide direct feedback.
If you were part of the discussions last year, this session will show how the work has progressed. If you weren't, it's an opportunity to catch up on a significant development in GWO training delivery and understand what it could mean for your organisation.
To join the conversation in Paris, secure your place at the GWO Safety & Training Forum 2026. Early Bird pricing is available until 30 June.
With a previous attendance of 150 + global guests, and leading renewable energy companies such as Vestas, SGRE and Equinor making up one fifth of the total guest list, you can expect to gain strategic visibility as an exhibitor or sponsor.
