Today's episode will focus on the audit process, certification and quality control in a digital context. Since April 15th, GWO training providers have been permitted to deliver certain elements of their courses using digital delivery such as online classrooms, virtual reality solutions and so on, to create a blended learning programme between physical and online settings.
But what does this mean for the audit and certification process? In some circumstances, online audits are now permitted, so could this point to a new approach? What are the implications for quality control in the GWO network overall with this many new 'settings' created by digital delivery? What challenges could auditors face in this brave new world. Our panel includes leadership from the GWO Audit & Compliance Committee as well as experts from the GWO certification network, to help us delve deeper into the topic.
