To complement GWO’s existing instructor competency building programmes, GWO is continuing its series of regular, online webinars hosted by our Training Team. To accommodate for our global audience, the 40-minute webinar will be repeated morning and afternoon (CET). Open to all instructors looking to improve their skills, experience in GWO system is a must. However, the webinar is not tied to any other development programme.
This session's topic will be "Feedback – the number one learning amplifier". When discussing the concept of feedback, research shows that we, more than anything, want to know how we can improve. During this Instructor Moments webinar we will explore this and discuss ways to provide structured feedback to participants to support their learning journey.
The structure of webinars will be a short presentation by a member of the GWO Training Team, followed by a volunteer instructor’s presentation of good solutions to a challenge. Participants will be encouraged to answer questions, discuss topics and share personal experiences within this curated session
