We are currently seeking a skilled IT Manager to cover a maternity leave position for 12 months within our company, which is a leading player in building the needed worksforce in the wind industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT systems and infrastructure across the organization, ensuring that they operate efficiently and effectively, as well as serving as the Product Owner for our WINDA database.

This is a great opportunity for an IT Manager looking for a temporary position in the wind industry. If you are a self-starter with a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the IT systems and infrastructure across the organization
  • Lead IT projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the company's network, hardware, software, and security systems
  • Serve as the Product Owner for our WINDA database, working closely with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including budget management and resource allocation
  • Work with other departments to identify their IT requirements and provide solutions
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including data protection laws
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed

What we expect:

  • Relevant education
  • Relevant IT management experience
  • Experience with IT project management, or a certification within agile or similar
  • Experience as a Product Owner or similar role
  • Experience in the wind industry or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Flexible and service minded, strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive processes and continuous improvements
  • Excellent analytical skills, structured and outcome oriented
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
