GWO strives for an injury free work environment in the wind industry, setting common international standards for safety training and emergency procedures together with its members.

As of today, there are more than 148,000 GWO certified technicians working within the wind industry. They become certified by receiving training from one of the now 500+ GWO certified training providers throughout the world. Providing training standards that can stand the test of time in that scale, can only be done while focusing on key areas such as safety, productivity, local sourcing, and supply chain alignment.

How will you contribute?

You will contribute to our organisation's growth by fostering strong stakeholder relationships, driving industry collaboration, and promoting safety training and renewable energy globally. Your expertise in CRM strategies and email marketing will help engage stakeholders, create impactful campaigns, and drive participation within the wind energy community. By leveraging data analysis and staying updated on industry trends, you will ensure GWO remains at the forefront of the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan execute, and optimise digital marketing and stakeholder relations campaigns across various channels, with a focus on email marketing and content for social media
  • Utilise WebCRM and Apsis platforms to manage stakeholder relationship data, track campaign performance, and generate insights for improving marketing and stakeholder relations strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and tone
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the digital space
  • Use webflow designer/content management system to create and update web pages, landing pages, and articles ensuring a seamless user experience and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data driven recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, CRM systems, and content management systems to identify new opportunities for innovation and optimisation

As our new colleague you are

An overall pleasant person, well grounded in healthy values and good interpersonal skills. You know the importance of communicating constructively, stay flexible and service minded, and are driven by a desire to make a difference.

What we expect:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including email marketing, and content marketing
  • At least two years’ experience working in a CRM or email marketing role
  • Experience working with WebCRM and Apsis platforms for customer relationship management and email marketing automation is preferred
  • Familiarity with webflow designer/content management system or similar platforms for website development and content management is preferred
  • Fluent in English (verbally and written)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good user of Microsoft Office
